In this next 5-week series, we will explore breath as a focus for meditation. Feeling and sensing breath is one means of absorbing our anxious or distracted thoughts, allowing us to find our centre. Similar to a wheel with many spokes, the inroads to Self are many. We will dive into a few techniques including guided imagery, body scanning, and mantra as you move towards the centre of your being where inner peace and self-acceptance naturally reside.
Unlike studying a subject through your mind alone, you’ll be guided into using your Iatent abilities to experience various dimensions of YOU.
As you continue meditation you will begin to develop greater perspective, self-confidence, and appreciation of your connections with all life.

About the Teacher
Soorya Ray Resels
Soorya has been involved in Yoga since the 1970’s.
