This Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat is an experiential retreat, open to all who are ready to commit to a happier, healthier life.
Spring is a time to refresh and renew; this retreat nears the Summer Solstice when we transition from spring to summer, offering the greatest support for this shift with abundant energy.
By attending this educational, three-day intensive, you will understand yourself on a deeper level and know how to move forward feeling vibrant and healthy.
In this packed weekend you will uncover:

- strategic movement and yoga asana practices to release abundant energy, clarity and focus
- how food affects your mood and can be used as mental health medicine
- how to leverage seasonal foods and cleansing practices to support your natural detox system (mind and body)

- what is no longer serving you and subtle shifts you will make to change your trajectory
- morning meditation and breathing practices to align your energy
- evening meditation tools to promote contentment & manifest the future you want

- 2 nights accommodation and 3 days (Your choice, selected at registration – from private rooms to shared accommodations)

*Please note that our retreats are geared towards adults. We are currently unable to accommodate youth under the age of 18 in our programs, with the exception of our Annual Community Yoga Retreat.

**It is recommended (and deeply appreciated) to attend the closing circle to share out loud with the group your closing thoughts from the weekend, the ritual of ending something together and feeling complete. You will also learn how to stay connected and upcoming events to share with folks you know. Note that the ferry from Long Harbour to the mainland leaves at 2:55 pm and is a 15 min drive from the Centre. The Fulford ferry leaves at 3:50 pm and also 15 min from the Centre.
