Breath as the Gateway to Raja Yoga
With Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu and Kal Prakashini Ji
June 10 - 16, 2026
This six-day immersion brings the living traditions of the Himalayas to the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. This is a classical yogic immersion focused on the breath as a disciplined tool for mental steadiness, emotional regulation, and inner clarity.
What the Retreat is About
Rooted in the Akhanda Yoga system, this program moves beyond physical exercise to explore Yoga as a complete spiritual path.
-
Mastery of Breath: Focused Prānāyāma and kriyā practices to prepare the mind for meditation.
-
Inner Inquiry: Guided exploration of mental and emotional patterns (including ancestral conditioning and self-regulation).
-
Traditional Ritual: Vedic fire rituals (Havan), mantra, and kīrtan.
-
Ashram Living: Shared rhythms, periods of silence, and farm-to-table vegetarian meals.
