Nature and Nurture Retreat: Heal Through Yoga
With Ishwarya Chaitanya
October 31 - November 2, 2025
Nature and Nurture Retreat
Heal Through Yoga
Step into a healing weekend of yoga with Ishwarya, an exceptional teacher specializing in therapeutic yoga, accessible to every body. Drawing from ancient yogic techniques and philosophy, she will guide you through gentle asana, pranayama, chanting, yoga nidra, and deep relaxation. Thoughtful people gather here, each with a longing to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary.
Discover the stabilizing power of nature within. Nestle into the embrace of sacred trees, connect with the ebb and flow of your thoughts, and awaken to the elements, the fire of digestion, the cooling flow of water, the spaciousness of release. This is where chaos becomes order, and your innate capacity for peace and joy unfolds.
Nourishing vegetarian meals, satsang, and restorative practices create the space for balance, renewal, and self-healing.
Testimony:
“…a well-curated and balanced yoga retreat that allowed for personal introspection, meditation and restorative exercise and free time to process all of the amazing things we were learning…” – Katie Stewart
“We are all heading home with a little more peace, a little more strength, and a lot of gratitude.”
