    Step into a healing weekend of yoga with Ishwarya, an exceptional teacher specializing in therapeutic yoga, accessible to every body. Drawing from ancient yogic techniques and philosophy, she will guide you through gentle asana, pranayama, chanting, yoga nidra, and deep relaxation. Thoughtful people gather here, each with a longing to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary.

    Discover the stabilizing power of nature within. Nestle into the embrace of sacred trees, connect with the ebb and flow of your thoughts, and awaken to the elements, the fire of digestion, the cooling flow of water, the spaciousness of release. This is where chaos becomes order, and your innate capacity for peace and joy unfolds.

    Nourishing vegetarian meals, satsang, and restorative practices create the space for balance, renewal, and self-healing.

    Meet Your Instructor

    Ishwarya Chaitanya is a yoga therapist, yoga instructor and Bharatanatyam dancer trained in India. Originally from Vancouver, BC, she travelled to India to pursue her passion for dance, and it turned into a 14-year-long journey. Learn more by visiting Kula House of Yoga

    NOTE: Please note that our retreats are geared towards adults. We are currently unable to accommodate youth under the age of 18 in our programs, with the exception of our Annual Community Yoga Retreat.

    Ishwarya Chaitanya
