Dive Deep, Rise Strong: Elevate Your Practice

The Salt Spring Centre’s Yoga Intensive is the perfect program for both enthusiasts looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and seasoned teachers seeking a refresh.

With its intensive format spanning four days, participants can expect a program offered by seasoned instructors with a thorough exploration of various aspects of yoga practice – workshops that delve into areas like those found in a robust yoga teacher training program, but without the practicum!

These include topics like:

  • yoga philosophy,
  • anatomy and physiology, as it relates to a yoga practice,
  • asanas (yoga postures),
  • pranayama (breathing techniques), and
  • meditation

While this is not a teacher training program, we will utilize some teaching methodology to help you gain valuable insights and boost your knowledge.

Whether you’re looking to dip your toe into the world of yoga, enhance your personal practice, gain Yoga Alliance continuing education hours, or reconnect with fellow yoga enthusiasts – this workshop offers something for everyone!
